light roast coffee: bright, vibrant flavors
Light roasts are gently roasted to let the bean's inherent flavors shine. Expect a light brown color, minimal surface oils and bright, lively notes-think citrus, floral and fruity tones with clean, crisp finish. Ideal for for flavor-forward brewing like pour-over or drip.
medium roast: perfectly balanced flavor
Medium roast coffee strikes the perfect balance between light and dark roasts. With a rich, smooth flavor profile, it offers notes of caramel, nuts, and subtle fruit. The beans are roasted to a medium brown color, preserving more of the bean's original characteristics while developing a deeper, more complex taste.
dark roast coffee: bold flavor, intense experience
Dark roast coffee is characterized by its bold, intense flavor profile and deep, rich color. Roasted longer than lighter roasts, these beans develop a robust taste with notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and caramel. With lower acidity and a full-bodied experience, dark roast coffee offers a smooth, powerful brew that coffee enthusiasts love.

characteristic flavors of the Classic Colombian supremo bean.

Fresh Coffee Delivery
1 Once you've placed your order with us, we get busy roasting your coffee specifically for you.
2 During the roasting process, gases develop inside each coffee bean. Once the bean finishes the roasting process, the gases begin escaping the bean which is called 'degassing'. We then hold each roasted batch for 24-48 hours to allow the degassing process to proceed. This is done to ensure freshness and that the beans are perfectly ready for grinding.
3 Once the beans have finished their degassing, we start grinding the roast and then seal the bag for same or next day shipment directly
to you. Ensuring your coffee is in your hands within 5-7 days of roasting. Guaranteed to be the freshest coffee you have ever had.
